starting january 1st im goin on a diet. i need to lose about 10-15 pounds a month bc i wanna try out for dance team at my school n i have a dance recital n june n i wanna look good n my outfit. could someone PLZ! help me find a way to lose 10-15 puonds a month safely?!!thanx!!
