I am not showing as of yet and I am at 10 wks. The majority of my pants and jeans are tight. Will it hurt the baby?

If it is not painful or uncomfortable for you, the baby will be fine as well. The baby is surrounded by fluid which will absorb quite a bit of energy from any impact that you might suffer, as well as tight pants.

I think that if they are not maternity jeans then they should atleast be the low rise ones that come below your belly..Thats what I have started wearing because your belly starts rising anyway and the low rise ones hang underneath the baby.
