UGH!!! i think i might be getting a sleeping isorder because two nights ago i couldnt fall asleep until like 3 and i havnt slept a wink tonight, i dont know what to do! please help, i have to go to school and its so hard to even think when your so tired.

He'd dribble the ball slowly, up and down the court, his head down the whole time. Why? Hw was checking every inch-every inch-of the court to maks sure he would know where the imperfections were so that if he had the ball and they were ahead by one point or behind by one, he would never lose control of the ball by bouncing it in a spot on the court that might deviate it.

I am 30's. I broke up with my ex boyfriend since 5 months ago. Last week one lady,she is about 60's, she called me. This lady is my ex and I 's friend. We respect her. She invited us to come to her house for meditation with her 30 good friends. ( We are Bhudhist. I am now in Asian country. But my ex is Canadian man) I told her " we broke long ago"After i told her what had happend. But this lady believe she can help clear the confusion and error between me and my ex. I suffer from panic attacks but this morning had a real scare. I woke up in a panic n thinking it s my asthma popped some ventolin and atrovent into a nebuliser. Next thing i know my heart i beating so fast i was turning blue n thought i was going to have a heart attack! we stopped the drugs n my fiance called an ambulance n when they finally arrived about 15 minutes later!! my pulse had slowed n i was regaining colour.. they gave me some oxygen n decided i was ok to stay at home but my gp will be round later. has anyone else experienced a panic attack /tachycardia like this? is it likely to happen so badly again?

I have no additional details, I'm just tired of having faith and living my life as a good person and praying and going to church but yet my life keeps getting worse. And people who are "church goers" and then cheat on their spouses, lie to get high paying jobs, and abuse those around them physically and emotionally have everything go right for them, everything just falls perfectly on their laps.
