UGH!!! i think i might be getting a sleeping isorder because two nights ago i couldnt fall asleep until like 3 and i havnt slept a wink tonight, i dont know what to do! please help, i have to go to school and its so hard to even think when your so tired.

if not asleep in 15 minutes get out of bed walk around and start again. if all else fails i find if i masturbate i am asleep in 2 minutes...

First off...don't panic. I would try relaxing before you go to sleep a night. Try a hot bath or some herb tea before you go to bed. If you are still serious that something is wrong then by all means make an appointment and see your doctor. He can do tests to see if you have a problem. This isn't a serious thing at this point in time so get it checked out to ease your mind. Sweet dreams!!

Don't eat sweets or really anything just as you're getting ready to go to bed, drink hot tea, or take a nice bubble bath. If none of that works try taking Valarian root, it helps you fall asleep and sleep well. Although i must warn you it smells terrible. Get more exercise but don't do it before you go to bed. Just wear yourself out. and try not to sleep in class. i hope this helps. Sleep Well
