There is assembler comes with Microsoft c called MASM (macro assembler) or with Turbo C it called as Tasm or Turbo assembler. You can use this compile the assembly code you write. Then you do a link. It can be an .EXE program or .COM program
I have used these tools during my collage days.

Go to MASM32.com. Here you would find a 32-bit assembler.
But first make sure what assembler you are using the format of!! Each assembler have difference in its syntax. And even simple MASM (MASM 6.11) code doesnt assemble in masm32.
You can download FASM or NASM for free from net easily if you are using one of those formats. But sorry, cant upload MASM 6.11, no option for uploading files here

Try searching the net for a compiler - you will need to make sure you are getting a compiler for the right platform though.
