RESPECTED DOCTOR,
RECENTLY I VISITED A LAB TO GET MY MALARIAL TEST DONE, BUT I NOTICED THAT THE LAB TECHNICIAN HAD FRESH BLOOD STAINS ON HIS GLOVES WHEN HE INSERTED A NEW BUTTERFLY NEEDLE INTO MY VEIN. HE HAD OPENED THE NEW NEEDLE AND UNWINDED THE PLASTIC TUBE WITH THOSE BLOOD STAINED GLOVES. ALSO THE TIP OF THE NEEDLE HAD TOUCHED THE PLASTIC TUBE BEFORE HE INSERTED THE SAME INTO MY VEIN..I AM VERY MUCH CONCERNED AND SCARED THAT IF THOSE BLOOD STAINS ON HIS GLOVES CARRIED HIV GERMS THEN CAN I ACQUIRE HIV GERMS THRU THIS MODE. My dial up connection used to connect at 48.8 kps every time I got on the internet for the last few years. Lately it only connects at 24-36 kps. What could cause this to happen and what is the best way to fix it (except the obvious answer of upgrading to cable/DSL or using a proxy)

Here's the deal. I used to be a pretty decent runner. I am in the military, and we run 2 miles on Mon and Wed, and 5k on Fridays. I deployed to Afghanistan for 5 months, and barely ran while I was there. When I came back, I started getting shin splints. That was almost 7 months ago, and I still have them. I have my annual PT test in a few days, and I can't fail. What can I do? I already tried tylenol and caffeine before running, and I don't think they help too much.

somtimes when i click on a link. it will redirect me to the background link. and all i get is a bunch of letters & numbers. i keep my cookies and temp files clean. i have no troble w/t anyother sites. and all pop-up controls are disabled. i even tried shutting down virus and spyware software. here's and explample of a link that won't open http://cgi7.igl.net/tourney/bheuchre/2853260/ it's a tourney link for my euchre leauge. they all start the same. only the numbers vary. i can click on a dif tourney link and it will open. and like i said the only dif. is the numbers at the end. so if you can suggest a site. or just tell me how to fix it. it would be greatly appreciated. :)
