unless your nose is truly aweful leave it alone. As for lipo or stomach jobs don't bother. Exercise you'll look much better because the skin won't sag and you won't have ugly stretch marks. Plus you will feel happier for the effort.

Maybe a nose job but your body looks good from what I can see.
You need a bikini shot before I could comment on body lipo...

My dear, I know dozens of women would kill to look like you do right now. Forget the cosmetic surgery and learn how to apply make-up and get a hair stylist that knows what they are doing...since you feel the need to change something. I think you're very pretty the way you are.

sweetheart I dont see anything wrong with the package you have now there aint no doctor that can change a package like that I have never seen a perfect 10 ( well my wife ) but you are the closest I have seen in a long time

Honestly? Maybe some contacts and that's really it. If you're worried about your body take up an aerobics class. I really see no need for surgery. You're attractive as is.
