who doesnt whoever says they dont pretty much lie when u get up in the morning and see these big ol things on ur face ur hands go right up there and just start pushing and mashing..i kno mine does..even tho its not heathy tho.i use pro active that will usually take care of it but i still pop the ones the come up every now and then.

Ewww generally no cause it will make them worse if you do and may scar your skin...only if it is very annoying.
