My cousin's had a break up with his girlfriend. And he's become very sorta depressed. He doesn't feel like doing anything. I'm really worried about him. He knows he should be diverting his attention, but when he tries, he isn't able to concentrate. I am planning to write him a mail... What advice should i give him?

Ask him to leave that station for some time with some one who may care him and turn his attention from his ex-girlfriend.

Your cousin might need a little time away like a weekend at a friends condo on the beach,Palm Springs or a relaxing spa. Horse back riding is fun. A hike up a mountain. But don't try to replace the one he loves just do more fun for him, only him.

Just let him be free for some time, and try to make him comfortable around you more, once you have done that try telling him some small problems of yours and see how he reacts!. if is is sympathetic and caring bingo he is all back to normal, but even a slightest sence of disconfort or rudness is theer God, he needs real help. as for writing somethng tr bringing up old memoris abt you wo.

tell him that this thing is just a phase that everyone go thru and he should look at the bright side of things.. and he should know that his family loves him so much and is worried about him.

hey... just be yourself... you know him more than I do... tell him that that's life...sometimes we are faced with certain challenges...we just need to face it or it will put us down
