I just started a Seasonal job at Target yesterday, as a cashier. (i'm 16.) I feel really stupid, I thought seasonal meant "part time" because during the interview they asked me whether I would like to work seasonal or permanent. (this is my first job, so I wasn't sure) I want to continue working past the holiday season, should I wait a few weeks to tell them I'm avaliable after the season, so that they will know how good of a worker I am, or is it better to bring it up as soon as possible?

I have created a template for the game blockbusters using a powerpoint slideshow. It only consists of one slide but I want to be able to make any selected letter flash when clicked on during "view show". I would also like to be able to change the background colour of the selected tile when a question is answered correctly.

I just don't have time to be creative anymore. I want to decorate my bedroom, so that it actually feels like a bedroom and not just a room where I sleep. I have a very stressfull job, so I would like for it to be a nice relaxing room to get away in. It's a pretty blank slate so far. My carpet is a dusty dark blue, my walls are mostly white, one horrible side is grey and white wood grain paneling, though:) oh yeah. So, any ideas would be great....and details, color schemes, storage, organization ideas, etc....pictures/links would be very helpful. Oh, two other things. There is only one window, it's pretty tall...floor to ceiling, normal height ceilngs though. And here's the best part-I have an airconditioner, that's like...a window one..but it's jsut sticking out of my wall. it's lovely. I would love to safely cover this up somehow. Has anyone else ever dealt with one of these before? It's brown and about the size of a normal window air conditioner.

*!*ok.. I have 6 months til prom.. I have blue eyes and blonde hair with HEAVY brown highlights.. what color dress should I get.. I want it to be longer and kinda formal but one I can dance in.. I have a xps 600 with a 260gb samsung sata hadrive, while reformating the hadrive, something i've done manytimes on older systems running xp and 2000, setup loads drivers then i get to the screen that says press enter to install windows or type R for repair i hit enter then i get the message that setup didn't find any harddrive on my system. I have checked the bios all drives showup I ran CHKDSK no errors on the haddrive, i tried a bootable floppy got the same error during windows xp setup
I thought it might be a RAID controler problem but i only have 1 HD on my system, any tips or suggestions would be apreciated.

Doesn't concentrating so much wealth to the Wayne family and away from the middle class cause the income disparity leading to crime? Batman can save a few lives a day but wouldn't having a significantly larger middle class lead to a lot fewer crimes?
