I use it every other day and always end up with hair in my hands. Every time I use any kind of conditioner I always use my fingers to brush through my hair while it's still on for a better effect, but I'm not sure it's good idea anymore. Any feedback?

Ok, now the weather is cold and dark after 4, when we have finished tea with our children we have to keep them amused until their parents collect at 6ish. Normally we would go outside but once sun goes in its soooo cold out there.
Some of the poor things have been with us since 7.30 that morning, so are getting really fed up of our resources by then.
What do you do at your setting. Anyone think of any circle games, board games etc

i basically stayed over every night at my girlfriend and her parent's house. i recently moved out and got my own place (i gave her the chance to move in with me) and figured that if i established my own independence she would think a little bit better of me and i wouldn't be such a bum. over the past several months our relationship has basically been non-existent. on our two year aniversary i wanted to take her out, but we both work full time and go to school. she claimed she would probably be tired and that we should probably just stay in. instead that night she went out with her friends. obviously we had a big fight and fights have definitly been more frerquent lately. i keep trying to do things with her but she is always "busy". recently she took a trip to see her friends, she was gone for four days, she came back yesterday and i didn't hear from her. today i worked all day and when i got a chance to call her she was on her way with some friends to go shopping up north. she knew

her dad is no good for her and she knows she has to leave his house and live with her mom, however she loves her dad, no matter how much he hurts her(emotionally), and her dad has told her that she would be betraying him if she left. and she says she would feel very guilty if she left him. she doesn't want to hurt him, or feel that guilt. what can i tell her, are what can she do to reassure herself that she should move out of her dad's house, or what could she tell her VERY stubborn dad that will make him see that she needs to leave?
