Why is it that most religions seem to want to impose their superstition upon others and want to convert people to their cause. I don't mind people doing whatever in the comfort of their own homes but when Christians go around saying gays are evil or Muslims wander around imposing controls upon women and trying to get people to live under Sharia Law, I am a little perturbed. Is their a religion that does not try and impose it's will upon other people or tell its adherents how to live their lives?

Its been 4 years since ive used ecstasy, methamphetamines, and Lsd i used to do all three heavily and sometimes two or more of them at once add chronic alcohol and marijuana use. I did this all throughout highschool until i was 21. im 24 now and i quit ALL drugs and am somehow trying to slip back into normal life as if nothing ever happend as you would expect its been about 4 years and im not progressing im majorly depressed, and close to delusional and in heavy denial. Ive been living my life as if everything is ok and i fear that the truth is the only thing that may be left. it is possible that i may be close to braindead. Is this true? how would i know.. its been 4 years since i quit and i dont see any positive results...I dont think my Doctors understand. Does this type of thing happen to heavy drug users? can anyone relate.

I need advice. I seem to ave a handle on my life professionally, I have a good job?
I own my own house and have a very good work ethic. I've never looked to a man to take care of me, I've always been fiercely independent and anything I've wanted, I've worked hard and gone for. I just don't get my personal life, have I put myself in a position that men are not interested in me? I either get men who want to latch on because they know I'm a good worker or young guys who want sex, I guess I don't know what to do differently?? HELP

It always scan the hard disk E: which is my 80 GIG hard disk partitioned into 40/40. Its an almost new HArd disk and i am really having hard time with it. sometimes, in my PC, it wont detect the hard disk and sometimes it does. what should be the problem?
