Well, there is a list of restrictions and instructions on how to pack the items.

I am a frequent traveler (1-2 per month) and I keep a list of things to bring, then check them off while packing. I always update the list when I return, i.e. things I forgot, things I didn't need, etc.

Just go through in your head what you do and use when you wake up in the a.m. and what you use before you go to bed.

Make a list so that the next time you travel you won't have to strain your brain! Happy travels....:)
