Sometimes I feel really depressed and cut myself but I am trying to stop so I heard that if you wear a rubber band and snap it on ur wrist when you feel the urge to cut it will relieve it. So I tried it but my wrist just got really red and swollen during class. I was getting something and I saw my wrista nd whispered to myself "...omg its really swollen" and my teacher heard me and asked in front of the whole class "Why what happened to your arm?" and I was like "Oh...nothing" and started to walk away but then she said "Let Me See Your ARM!" and so I held up my arms purposely not revealing the part that was red, but she knew I was mostly only showing my right arm and said "No the other one..." and I just looked at her and walked away.....

i didnt mean to be disrespectful but she sud hav asked me in private...i was freaked out

What do i do?? Everytime i go to take a shower my hair seems to frizz up and curl..When i get out i have knots from the root down..I have very long, thick black hair that was bleached for blonde highlights..I think i ruined my hair..Im afraid to take a shower and deal with these terrible knots after..Please help me!

There are times where I feel that some one is looking at me or is around me. Like spirits. I have never had these experiences before. Here lately when I am washing dishes I get visions of things, people, or situatiions that come true. I get a scarred feeling inside me because I don't understand this. I am currently in the final two weeks of my one year lease for my apartment. I am annoyed that the resident manager calls me and tells me people want to take a look at the apartment.

Is it within my legal rights to tell him "please show the apartment to others AFTER my lease term is up and I have left".

Hey yall I hope everyone has been fine. I went on this trip last week and before I really used to think Mormons were just stupid and there ideas weren't really that modern. Well my luck on the trip there was a big group of Mormons and we compared religions and I realized that my religion was really close to theirs. Now I feel really stupid for how I felt earlier about them. To make a long story short I learned a lot of things about other cultures too. I had another appointment with Dr Vincent Lai today for a further check up at 3:00 pm. However, due to my office need, I could have been a little late, so I called his office to see if I could be late or reschedule this appointment for another day.



The receptionist was very rude at both times I dealt with her. She was saying things with no respect, forceful with very rude tones. She was telling me that I would have to suffer if I did not show up, I had no respect to the office, and would not give me another schedule. I kept telling her that all I want to do was to see the possibility of rescheduling, but she kept blaming me by saying it was my fault, I had to show up, with very loud and rude voice.

I have been to many different doctor offices in the past but never dealt with such a rude, disrespectful and unprofessional personnel.

i have really sensative skin and it's over-populated by acne! ah it makes me feel so ugly and people make fun of me because i have pimples all over my face. what can i do? i go to a hygenist (forgot what you call them) every 6 months and but whatever i try it's just too strong and makes my face really hurt. i've tried brand products like proavtice, clean and clearl, but nothing seems to work. i use them for at least 6 weeks, but my face just gets redder and redder. what could work? doxycycline? i've herd of that, but is it really good?
