My landlord insist on collecting his rent in hand by the 4th of the month. I don't enjoy this practice but there are no laws here in Illinois that he violates by picking up the rent. Earlier this month he sent his wife to collect the rent whom I had never met in the 18 months and she introduced herslf as the person who own the home. Automatically she invited herself in and began asking me personal questions about employment, my education, my children and my finances. While she seemed caring I just wondered why she didn't read my application (they bought my lease out from another company). I kept it simple but I did not enjoy the unexpected interrogation. They also have someone who works on their behalf who pick up rent and he never will enter the house to do business and I am forced to count out 775 dollars in cash in his hands in front of neighbors, or passer by and sometimes comapany in my home. As a single parent/student should I stay put of bail out? Rents are really high here.

I have bipolar and part of that is I react to emotional pain very strongly. I feel overwhelmed just now with things to do for Christmas etc and yesterday my husband brought a lot of stuff that had been in storage to our small apartment.
We went shopping for food and came back. I felt very stressed because of all the stuff to put away and the food that we had bought aswell as the dishes from the meal I had made the night before. My husband has a very physical job and so is tired a lot when he is at home. He wanted to take a nap and I needed to deal with the mess. I got mad at him and he left and hasn't come home or phoned me. I am hurt because he knows about my mental illness and I don't feel he is being very kind or understanding.

I have only gone thru one billing and i paid $120 on about $300.. more than the minimum (which was 10 dollars). I have a $500 limit and right now I am up to about $350. What I am asking is can I make payments at ANY time? The next bill won't be until the end of december i think, since i paid the first one so quickly. i'm confused.

I have owned my bird for going on ten years, I am a caring owner, and I have made sure that he is comfortable, yet he still won't warm up to me. He lets me stroke him, takes food from my hand, and has landed on me once, yet he still won't get on my hand or shoulder. We are in agreement in what we want to do with our things and we have one child together and are in agreement with custody and visitation. I have read that you can have the divorce paperwork done online and then file it with your local court of course paying the filing fee. I was wondering if anyone else has done this and how it went and if you actually had to go to court.

I want to paint a dish drainer that has some type of coating already on it. This dish drainers design is unusual & I'd like to keep it, but I don't like the color. Is it safe to use regular spray paint for metal, and what is the best way to do it?
