well im a very shy person and i dont know how to talk to men. I'm 18 and im still a virgin. Im just not ready to have sex and thats why i think i dont have a man. Sometimes i think im into girls because i feel like no man wants me so if a man doesn't want me than maybe a female does. I mean im attracted to them. What should i do? please help!!!

I just purchased a 1987 Bass Tracker Bass Boat and I am looking for suggestions and information on Anchors that actually will hold the boat when the wind is blowing. I fish at Silverwood Lake in Hesperia CA, and the wind can get pretty bad at times.

I am not sure of the weight of the boat, but since the boat is only a aluminum boat it should not be too bad.

I need something that will hold no matter what. A big bonus would be a anchor winch that will be able to support this type of anchor. The anchormate series can only handle a 18lb anchor and uses a type of crank that is completely different that what is already on the boat.

If anybody has any suggestions or help, thank you.

I plan events at a University for the College of Information Science & Technology. I am new and looking to plan different events than they planned in the past. An Example of some past events are: "Bowling w/ the Dean." Going to Hockey/Basketball Games. Having Hot coco/tea in the lobby w/ cookie breaks. I want to think of something fabulous that everyone could become excited about, except I need outside help! The event would be in the time range of 5-8pm so it would include dinner.
