If you were married to him at the time of his death (not seperated, which you would have to prove if you were), you are responsible for them all.
My dad passed away a few years back and the women that was living with him at the time (and in his will as his executor) was responsible for them all. Because my parents had been divorced when dad passed away, mom was not responsible for anything.

She is only legally bound to pay secured debts and or other debts that she has jointly signed with her deceased husband.

what was his is now yours...
My mom had that problem with my brother who died...She was the cosigner of a car in which he let go and didn't tell anyone and when he died, the car people still hounds my mom to pay for the car that no one even has...

All of them, provided he has any kind of assets. If he didn't have any assets and they are not joint bills, then no.
