I am on a 700~800 calorie high protein low carb(<20g) diet
I generally spend 2+ hours a day in the gym
1 hr cardio 30 min abs 30 min lifting
on sundays I do yoga to elongate the muscles.
I do different body parts when I lift (3sets of 15reps low weights)


I tried protein shake for the first time today
after 2.5hr workout.. (at 8 p.m)
Will this make me builkier since I'm lifting a lot? (I hope not)
Or will it help me build lean muscles and lose fat?

We are trying to give our child some time on the computer and wish to make it both fun and educational at the same time. The purchase of games is too expensive as she is only 5 and her interests quickly change. We are looking for games that will teach her about numbers/math. I am looking for a Cingular or Unlocked 8125 pocket pc. I have searched the web and ebay and found nothing in my price range. I am not up for a new phone on my current cingular contract until march 2007, and I broke my V3 Razor. It still makes and recieves calls but the screen does not work at all. If I wait I can get a brand new 8125 pocket pc for 249, but I would like to get one now even if it is used. If you have one for sale or know where I can get one at a reasonable price please let me know.

After alot of years alone God brought a guy into my life that for me would finally be "the one". I really resisted but this guy just kept on barging into my life and then sharing alot of his life with me. He gave me some of the best days of my life and I am grateful for having those memories. In spite of some things looking to me like maybe he feels the same way about me he says he just wants to be friends. I want to accept that and move on and believe this is all for the best. So does anyone out there have a similar story where it really was for the best and things worked out better because something they'd hoped for didn't work out?? I just want a little hope.

for all the girl who's boyfriends have left them, when they found out that they were going to be a dad. For there are many young girls, out there right now who are feeling so alone, and empty inside, when they have a life growing in them. These girls really need all the prayers they can get. I have been having problems with the mormons yet again.

On Saturday my wife and I were making love when I though I heard the door go. We were expecting a couple we know to arrive. So I went to the door without changing. I had on some rubber bondage gear and rubber restraints on my arms which were very tight (I am not into this stuff, I just do it for the wife).

I was greated by two mormon missionaries, aged about 20, in suits with bibles in hand.

Now My wife and I are tolerant. But as born again christians, my wife and I don´t want to discuss our faith with those from the Church of the Latter Day Saints. We say live and let live, it´s just that it is not our thing.

Those guys just wouldn´t leave. They asked to come in. The one on the left looked at me funny. In the end I had to shut the door on them. I didn´t want to but after fifteen minutes, I was losing the circulation in my arms and could not feel my hands.

Is it me, or are these mormon missionaries too pushy?

hey everyone.. i just bought a used 2000 dodge intrepid. I got it yesterday and it has been working fine, until today sometimes when im stopped, the oil light will light up for a little bit. but once i start to move, it goes away. so i go and buy some oil and put some in, and once i get home and i have the car on sitting in park, there is white exhaust coming from the muffler. (i dont know if it just started doing it after i got the oil, but i strongly doubt thats the problem) On my mom and dads car it doesnt do this, so i am looking to you car experts for some help.

what does this mean? Is it serious? If you need more information, email me @ sportzplaya4life@hotmail.com

UPDATE* right as i was finishing this, when my dad got to his house he called me and told me his was doing it also (2006 GTO). So we think it is just because we were driving in my car and not his. But just to make sure, is this a problem?

It didn't ryme, but it was a point across about how ur mother loves you unconditionally and how you paid her in return
