My delima is that I have several properties that were inherited but do not have any large amount of money saved up. I found a house that I want to buy right now so I must sell my inherited property. My question is what kind of loan should I get for now until I can sell my properties I have now? It will take probablly 6 months to liquidate them I am guessing. I definitely want to get the house I found so I need the money NOW. Any help will be gladly appreciated. Thanks.

its actually an early christmas gift i want to give her. . . we got married at 20, we now have 2 kids, we are married for 3 yrs. times are tough, we are not broke but htere are just somethings I THINK that are far too important than celebrating occasions between US, dont get me wrong, I LOVE MY WIFE, i would give anything, thats if i can afford it, i know i sometime take her for granted, by not getting her anything on our anniversary, but i still take her out for a dinner. . . WITH OUR KIDS. i know we have to have time alone together. i used to have something for her everytime, but things are different now. i somehow want to make it up to her, starting right now, please help me out. . . and on how to make time with her just like before, but more special, i want her to feel special this time on. . . .any suggestions would help, thanks!!!

My best friend is engaged and 6 months pregnant and woke up this morning to a note from her now ex-fiance saying he is moving "somewhere up North" with some buddies and isn't ready to be a father. Yall might think I'm an absolute terrible person for asking this, but I have specifics on my security level, and security to me is money and lots of it. I have a Christmas political function to attend next month and my current b/f has told me there will be many young single guys there with money. And it's become a goal of mine to hook up w/ one of them possibly. The problem is, they're Republicans. I'm not. I have no idea how to act around Republicans and my b/f has said I'll have to do more than stand around and look pretty to get it, but how?? He won't give me any advice! Could anyone help? i had a permanent brace for about 2 years and wore a retainer afterwards for some time. that was 2 years ago. I am not sure but I think there is a slight movement in my front teeth and would like to know if by putting my retainer that I had after my brace back on every night would harm my teeth and make them worst or help them get back into perfect shape.

Iraq CANNOT control/police/defend it's own country at this time. There are terrorists fighting AND their own people (Sunnis, Shiites, Kurds) are fighting each other. They NEED us to stabilize the country.
