You don't need a lawyer. You just need to know the law and your rights. I did my own divorce and custody battle when I was nineteen years old- all I had to pay was 200 dollars in court costs. You just need to go to your local library and research. I didn't have the money for a lawyer and couldn't get help with one, so I did what I had to do. Every city library in this country HAS these books- it's the law. You have a right to this information.

Gaming - raffles is governed by your state... you'll need to contact that government department in your state. The forms are extensive - I had to file in the state of Virginia and they required IRS tax forms.. blah, blah, blah.... . my suggestion would be to contact Social Services regarding legal assistance and getting your grandaughter back if she is supposed to be legally in your custody.
