I'm fine people who date other races. I often wonder though, if we keep procreating with another race, will that lead to the end of races as we know it? Call me picky but I am afraid there are few cute eligible bachelors in Philly.
Everytime I visit back home from NYC I run into such disappointing choices in guys.
Ive seen some very adorable guys but theyre always surrounded with chicks crowding for attention.
In NYC a girl can find very cute guys who dont have women hanging on them desperately.
What gives ? Am I just catching the singles scene in Philly on bad off nights each time ? Argh........... Im almost scared to move home. I dont want to lower my standards.

i have been sexually active for around 4 months. active as in appox once or twice a day.
i don't eat much after sex.
i have noticed tht my stomach is losing shape n my clothes r getting tight. i no more have a flat stomach :(

My boyfriend is divorced with a 6 yr old son. I'm divorced with an 11 yr old girl. His son has been diagnosed with ADHD (which I'm not even sure I believe in). The child has frequent temper tantrums, tells us to f*** off, calls us fat, stupid, a**hole, the n word, etc. He spits, gives the finger and recently broke his grandma's nose.

I instituted a rule at my house: no swearing, whining, or name-calling allowed. Each time this happens, I calmly remind him of the rules, and after 3 incidents, I ask them to leave. I never yell, or get angry. Now my boyfriend says I'm not "handling" the child or the situation properly. He told me to deal with it the way I would have with my daughter, but she never acted like this!!!! It's difficult to discuss with my boyfriend as he gets very defensive, which I understand.

Any ideas on how to deal with this situation more effectively? I'm at my wits end and am now avoiding spending time with the child, which doesn't help the relationship.

I dated and lived with this guy for a while and we broke up and now i am living with someone else. I have never stopped loving the ex. My current boyfriend is really good to me, but I think that I am more in love with being a mother to his kids(b/c I can't have any of my own) than I am with him. Whats the best way to discipline your child?
