If the stains are extrinsic (outside of tooth) than just a good cleaning or polishing should get off the stain or calcium deposit.

If the stain is intrinsic (internally of tooth) than you SOL; you will need composite (evasive) or porcelain (inevasive) veneers.

If these deposits are calculus, cleaning is a must.

If these deposits are remineralization of a tooth than nothing you can do...

See a dentist to figure out what the spots are and what caused them...

I just took my son to the dentist a couple of weeks ago for this exact thing. Dentist recommended bleaching.

get them scaled and polished at the dentist.

Try brushing it off with baking soda.
