There's no way to know for sure, but there are tell-tale signs:
1. She talks about other guys or guy problems with you.
2. She emphasizes what good FRIENDS you are.
3. She gets uncomfortable any time you try to do anything beyond friendliness (try to sit close to her, try to flirt with her, etc).
4. Her body language is closed to you.
And please please please for the love of God don't just ASK her. Worst thing you could do.
