Okey!! I have 3 children and live with my spouse for 11 years. He works and I go to school. I did have a part time job for over a month and I think I gross almost 2000 and not sure how much fedreal they took out,but I was wondering if I can still claim taxes or receive EIC. Or is it possible for my spouse to claim me on his taxes?

We have custody now, but prior she has tried to attack me 2 times. Both in the Court House. I have tried numerouse times to be civil with her but it never works. Now everytime she talks to the kiddo. The little one just likes to lash out. Her mom likes to tell her not to listen to us. she is only 7 and it is tearing her apart. It's been a long hard road and I know she needs to talk to her mom and we dont deny her to do that but MAN it causing more harm than good! Any suggestions would be appreciated.

I asked I think 2 days ago and some answers were good but just so everyone knows. She eats cereal for breakfast 2 jars of 2 foods for lunch she gets cherrios or something like that for snack and 1 1/2 jar of 3's foods for dinner. I have tried to put cereal in her bottle( i tried it for 5 days) It did not help. I let her cry for 3 nights ( thats my doc.s advice) and she would cry for hours and sleep for 1 then again EVERY single night. ( I would check to make sure she was ok... with out her seeing me) She gets up and downs a bottle acting like she is starving !! HELP
