The stimulation on the penis sends nerve impulses to the brain that triggers hormones to call for sperm, then the rest of the ejaculate to be expelled from the penis.
The sensations are pleasurable because of the massaging muscular sensations in the penis and groin, the hormones that push you over the edge, and the feeling of release and finish that comes with ejaculation.

Orgasms are incredibly complex phenomena involving many, if not all, of the systems in your body. It's hard to tell exactly what causes the feeling, but I'm guessing it has to do with an extremely heightened nervous system.
