I would like to get some information to help me out in my current work. I would like to know the different parameters when the employees of an IT firm could be given Gift Vouchers (like Globus vouchers, Shoppers Stop vouchers etc).

We currently want to give our employees gift vouchers on a monthly basis. I have heard of employees getting these vouchers based on certain parameters viz., performance, project completion on deadline, attendance etc.

I would to make it a more meaningful process for our employees. Please do help me out with your valuable suggestiions and give me the various parameters which we could use in our organization. Please do also send me the links for any websites that i could refer to get more detailed information.

How can I get my husband to get more romantic in bed?
For the past 1 1/2 years I have been doing ALL of the work and I'm starting to feel like I'm not speacil anymore. I've tryed talking to him about it but it does not change. it seems like he would rather have a BJ than anything else also caught him on porn sites so then I decided to give it to him everyday while watching porn but he started turning it away. And now he will turn an adult show on tv right infront of me and start doing his business without even considering getting me involved. Also his adult shows have to be two women and if a good looking man comes on he will turn it off saying he gets jealous knowing I will see the man. However I had to change my beliefs for him 5years ago I would get jealous about the porn. We used too get into huge fights over it and I figured it was not worth it. but I'm starting to feel like I'm not pretty, good, sexy enough for him anymore and I am young and not bad looking.
Please any advise?

I need to know whats going to happen...first of all i got a no insurance ticket but I do have it I just couldn't find the paper and I have 2 speeding tickets but I have to still pay off 1 of them...I work 2 jobs and I can't not drive! When I go to court do I go to the same place where I show my insurance ticket? And what are they going to do about me driving while my plates were suppended? I'm so nervous I've never been in trouble before like this! Please help me! i live in Illinois!

My problems are:
1. since there's no witness, why the sentence use no witnesses
2. there are no witnesses, why use 'have' not 'has' to be the verb?

there is a guy that i've been in an up/down relationship for about a yr and a half now. he only seems to want me when it seems like i'm moving on with life. he acts so sweet sometimes and says that he loves me, and other times he's the most careless, rude, dr. jekyll-type jerk ever! he doesn't want to spend much time with me anymore (after i broke up with him, and he refused to get back together), but he's just such a jerk about it and now i think that the whole time he was just preparing himself to move on and keeping me attached so he could use me for company and as an emotional crutch. the thing is, he always comes crying back to me when it looks like i'm happy without him. i don't get it! why is he like dr. jekyll and mr. hyde? my roommates complain about guys acting the same way with them. why do men tend to act like this? what are possible reasons? i'm just curious at this point and seriously dying to know.

I have a pet parrot that is really cool. The problem is that he just falls asleep at the drop af the hat. This evening he was riding the celing fan around and around and he fell asleep and hit the floor. He was not hurt. He sometimes falls off his perch asleep. I am worried that he is going tofall asleep while drinking water and drown. Any ideas?

I am just tired of all religions of all types pointing fingers at each other. I would like to propose a religion built on the foundation of all religions that all could follow, unity and balance. Religion is meant to unite us, not to divide us. I want us to realize that we are united because we are all individuals. The truth can be found only when all truths are examined, the fine lining is there. I call it weism. Of course, it would have to be a religion that can't be preverted by "deaf mutes." End the war, let's take religion back to its roots and make it the way is is supposed to be.
