Anyone know where can I learn beading/ needlework or embroidery?

Lots of craft stores have classes. Look in the phone book and call around.
Craig's list has folks who will teach you. www.craigslist.com
Some cities have a Parks and Recreation department that have cheap classes. Look on your city's website.
Local colleges may have classes too. Or maybe put up a flyer for a student there to teach you. Especially good if you have an art school near you.
