Hi all,

Since I saw Risky Buisness back in the day, the 928 has had a special place in my heart. Now that I have an opportunity to buy one, what kind of experiences have you had with them? Also, is there weaknesses that I should look at regarding maintainence? Thanks much!

I have a frustration, maybe some of you can help me understand this.

I understand not liking violence, I even understand the belief it's not ever a solution, I could quibble with that, but I understand it. But sometimes it seems like those arguing against any and all forms of violence have not only no spine, but have no real sense of right and wrong; don't understand the concept of comeuppance.

Honestly, there are bad people, and when you can't call them the trash they are without someone interjecting with comments about how you shouldn't be so mean, what am I to think? You can't ever call people what they are?

Yes, it can make things worse. Yes, it may not be deserved. But I believe most of those lecturing against it aren't thinking one bit about the character of the person labelled as scum, they simply speak against violence like programmed robots. Where are the sex offenders suposed to live? I know everyone would like them shipped off to an island but that is not going to happen! If we can't find ways to incorporate them into society, won't they just be more liable to turn to crime? Pushing them out of urban areas with these residency restrictions is going to concentrate them in areas where if any kids ARE taken, they will be harder to find! And if they can't find places to live, we will have HOMELESS sex offenders wandering around, which I think is much worse than having one a few blocks from the park. What now?

We've just started dating. I like him alot...and i told him so. however, this past saturday night when we together his phone was ringing off the hook!! I feel like i shouldnt be concerned about that, but i am. Is it that jealous side of me? Am i catching feelings? He told me that he enjoys my company and this and that...that ima keeper. but he's in the army and isn't from my state. he's just stationed here...what do you think? should i take it slow and just have fun? I need help, with formulas and step by step is possible please.
8.2 - Find the area of the normal curve that lies between the following Z scores.

A} Z= -1.94 to Z=1.94
( The first step was I drew the bell curve with this area shaded in. Then it says, I need to go to the back of the book and look up the probability of it? I go down to 1.9, and then what do I go to 0.00. 0.01 etc? And, do I do anything with thosenumbers.?
B) Z=-1.12 to Z=2.42
C) Z= -.89 to Z= 3.56
D) Z= -2.00to Z= 2.00
E) Z= -.40 to Z= .49
F) Z= -1.96 to Z= 1.96


However, I am still a little confused. How do I know which number to look up in the back of the book? Also, I tried a few practice problems and looked up the answers, and Im still gettint them wrong....
I got... -1.94 and 1.94,
I looked up in back of book got, 0.4738, subtracted that from 1. got 0.5262. subtracted the higher from the lower, got... 0.0524, is this correct?

I recently got a new job and after a month of working here my boss made a huge sexual advance towards me. (He basically pulled it out and "released" on himself) He said the reason he finished so fast was because he kept getting hard and soft all day. After he cleaned himself up, he told me he felt bad because he has a girlfriend and she would never do anything like this to him. He wanted to keep it cool and stay friends/co-workers and I am fine with that. To this day I have never mentioned it and try to be as normal as possible with him, but he keeps giving me mixed signals. Somedays he won't talk to me or look me in the eye. Other days he will be playful like before the incident happened. We were alone together in the office the other day and he didn't try anything with me at all. Some people tell me he likes me and is a slow mover, and some tell me he realized he loves his girlfriend, and others tell me his is embarrassed by his quick release. What do you all think?

There is a guy i like and he slept in the same bed together a couple of times (kissing and stuff but no sex), and he said that he really likes me.
