I think I am going to go nuts if I don't get him. He has a girlfriend, but they aren't even really friends. I really like him and do not know how to handle this! I feel great when I am around him and then I have a smile ear to ear afterwards. I just like him so much! I think he will go out with me when he does break up with Sydney. I don't know what to do!

Me and my fiance are trying to conceive, I ovulated today so we had sex thursday, saturday, and today. So I know we have at least some good odds that we are. I am trying to think of a creative way to tell him if I am pregnant from this months trying. I know that I might not be and I wont know for a little while, I am just trying to stay positive. I've tried almost the entire list of SSRI's, with nothing to show for it. They either cause headaches, nausia, vomiting, or had no effect whatsoever. I've been in talk therapy/congnative behavior therapy since I was 5. I've attempted suicide about 4 times, and went through a long period of 1) using perscription sleeping pills, pain pills, & muscle relaxers to get high, and 2) drinking, smoking, & cutting to fend off the pain. After a brief hospitalization, I ended all self-destructive behaviors in hopes that it would help me recover. It didn't, and while I've still managed to avoid all such behaviors for 7 months now, I long for them greatly every day. I suppose the only reason I don't engage is because I'm sick of the reprocussions that occur when my parents find out.
My q is this: Is there anyone willing to treat severe depression in a 16-year-old female through alternative methods such as anti-psychotic medication, ECT, or VNS? My current docs are too scared they'll be sued.

I can talk with my guy friends fine but when it comes to the guy I like I always avoid talking to him. I always end up talking to him online and never at school. I must look like a freak but I avoid his looks and everything. I just want to know how I can be less shy...I think it may be a self-confidence issue...but I mean I know I'm pretty. I do! I wish I had a black Stallion, and a Buckskin Mare. I think horses are really beautiful! If you have one, please tell me what kind you have, and what it is to take care of it. I took riding lessons a year ago. I learned the RIGHT way, first learing how to muck stables, then brush, hose, and saddle the horse, as well as how to put the bridle on ( I had to get get it from the pasture up the hill, so i had to coax it,so I could put the lead rope on.). (i never used a bridle with a bit, because the horse I rode was so obedient). I also learned how to pick hooves, and feed and water the horse. then, I learned how to ride. The horse I rode was a beautiful bay. I live in the mountains, and i got to the point where I could canter o a cliff! I could also do barrels and figgure 8's. Unfortunately, on of my riding teacher's horses died and another got caught in barb-wire (it was really bad), so I had to stop taking lessons.

It seems everyone is "Bipolar" nowdays and the term is losely used. Are you afraid of people who have this disease and how do you feel about them? Are you truly supportive of them or do you avoid them and talk behind their backs? What is your view and description of someone with bipolar and how do you know they are not simply using it as an excuse? Do you know someone who has this disease? Are you fearful of them?
