I know exactly how you feel....
You know what's really bad though...Is those times you catch yourself doing that...
I think in most cases it's not intended to be rude. People just like to make conversation about anything and get so caught up in something they've been wanting to say they forget about being rude.
And in some cases people might change the subject because they can't handle the one that's being discussed....
You're right, sometimes it is funny...
With your really good friends, you ever notice that sometimes you can have two or three conversations going at once.....and everyone knows what everyone else is talking about...Never missing a beat.. That's hecka cool.
It's only the ones who want all the attention on themselves you've got to watch out for...
Goodaytoyou...
And maybe you should thing about becoming a play-writer! !

LMAO- thats funny! And thanks for the laugh! I mean, sometimes people just don't want to deal with the seriousness of the issue at hand.
My step mother does this all the time. She is kind of mental though, and I could be talking to her about something that is on my mind I.E. my relationship.... then all of a sudden she will start talking about how she was sewing something or painting a room a new color or something---- SO to answer your question YESSSSSSSSSSSS it bothers the crap outta me!!

I HATE THAT. it's like, freaking wait till the conversation is over to talk about whateve the heck you want to talk about. I hate those type of people that always thinks the conversation revolves around them.... Expecially the ones that would say "Oh well this one time when I was on a plane..." almost like "THIS ONE TIME AT BAND CAMP." lol i just want to tell them to stfu.

Go to the local craft store. Buy an Exacto knife. Go home. Fill your tub with water. Undress. Submerge yourself up to your neck in the warm water. Take the Exacto knife and slit your wrists vertically not horizontally so you can not be saved. The water is to drown you after you lose conscienceness. It's a perfect world.

I hate it with a passion, because it tells me that the person I was talking to was not paying attention to a word I was saying.

I have a friend who does that quite a bit of the time. She doesn't seem to have all of her marbles in her head.

You just want to hog the conversation with senseless talk about yourself. Your lucky if the person doesn't just walk of in your midsentence. I would.
