I am looking for a good vitamin supplement for PMS. I have very bad mood swings that effect my life horribly. Curious to see what other women are using and how well it works.

Recently I was diagnosed with Depression and given medication to help with it. I need to know somethings that maybe some of you could help me with.

I'm taking Lexapro and one of the side effects are drowsiness or extreme drowsiness. I'm the kinda person who, if the medication has even the slightest chance to make you tired, will be affected.

I started the pills yesterday and within 30 min. I was so tired that I had to take a nap...a 4 hour nap.

My question is, should I talk to my doctor about this? Or will it eventually go away. I know I should have asked her but I didn't think this would have been a problem...I guess because I kinda didn't think that depression medication would make anyone tired.

So any advice would be great. Thanks

my brother got a parking ticket for parking in a residence spot (thinking that it was a normal car park, having paid for a the spot) he paid instantly over the phone by debit card, but he's now worried about if he'll get points onto his license for the penalty, (the only thing that he does know is payin it off early lowers the charge by 50%) but he's still worried, is there anyone out there who can help him please?

That stops a spinning disc from dropping flat, some years ago I was rolling a steel disc along it was one metre in dia and ten mil. thick when I wanted to put it down I leaned it a little and gave it a twist and it started to rattle round (like a coin does) I stepped onto the centre of it and it held my weight for about ten seconds before coming to rest, now it's not centrifugal force 'cos it only turned about once, so does it have a name?

I was born in one state, where I legally switched my middle and first names a few years ago (at town hall).

I am now living a different state, but only renting an apartment (whereas I still own house in 1st state).

I want to drop the hyphenation on my last name now (too long). Am I allowed to do it in the 2nd state where I am only a renter (but I suppose that still qualifies as a legal address/ residence?) or do I have to go back to the state where I was born (where birth certificate issued?)

I'm referring to the ad where the young white woman says she met Ford at the Playboy Super Bowl party and coyly says "Harold... call me!"

For one thing, I'm glad to see that a black man can run in a state governor election, something that would not have been possible years ago. I definitely approve of interracial relationdhips (I'm in one) so in a way, it's kind of cool that the ad has an interracial theme. But two questions:

1) Was it necessary to use a white woman? If it had been a black woman in the ad, this would not even be an issue.

2) Is it also possible the ad was to call attention to the fact that Ford (an extremely light-skinned man who could pass for white) is actually black? I mean, was the real purpose to call attention to his ethnicity to those who might not have known he was black?

Can someone plase tell me what YOBS stands for & who they are. I hear it just about everyday in the news, i've discovered that they are hazzards to innocent people, but i don't quite understand it.

Also people have been asked not to use that word. Why?

I had my period last month and this month but after the period last month I started having brown discharge...like spotting...not heavy enough for a tampon but still a little more than spotting.
