I am looking for a good vitamin supplement for PMS. I have very bad mood swings that effect my life horribly. Curious to see what other women are using and how well it works.

I no longer have to worry about PMS but a friend of mine had really great success with B-Complex. This particular brand worked really well for her. It feeds the nerves and has a huge effect on mental and emotional stability. Stress, medications, sugars and alcohol all rob the body of B vitamins. It is water-soluble and needs to be taken throughout the day.

I would also suggest GLA Complex which also, among other things, supports well-being during the menstrual cycle.

Hope this is helpful and for more info feel free to contact me.

I use vitamin B6, ask your GYN what dosage, it's different for everyone. But it helps me with taking a multi vitamin too.
