If it is offered in India then say it is not exact same curricula. You prefer to to take the course offered in UK. Even two different teachers teach the course differently at same institution.
On the other hand you may not know. When you take both then you know if it is the same or not.
You must tell the truth.

Just tell them straight that unfortunately UK degree has more nuisance value and is more influential as compare to my own country's degree. moreover, i want to help England by paying atleast £17000 in tuition fee!!!! so that i come here and enjoy some really raciest culture!!!!

Hopefully, you can say "no" becuase the course names are usually differnt from school to school.
