me and my husband had a serious argument over the phone about our situation now. he is in fort bragg and i am here in the philippines. he can't give me financial support because he is facing serious charges and he said he is spending a lot of money to pay his lawyer. then we ended up talking about divorce but i told him i will get a lawyer to find the legal way and my rights. I have a military id. i got it when we were in korea after we got married here. I have a sofa visa until january 2007. he was sent back to fort bragg for tdy but after left he never came back and he said he can't go nowhere until he is clear. but the problem is i feel like i am abondoned here. his cellphone was disconnected and he dont answer my email. i dont know now what to do. I want to get what i am entitled to. i am glad i have family to support me and a small business that helps my financial needs. I needed to make treats for my sons halloween party at school so I made some jello jigglers and then I decided to make some jello shooters for my party later that night. Well, in all the fuss to get him to school on time I accidentally gave his class the wrong jello. I didn't even notice it until that night. His teacher didn't say anything but I kind of avoided her as best I could. Should I come clean and tell her or should I just hope no one noticed?

The other night I posted a question about selling a home on our own. My husband and I are trying it right now. But if we don't have any luck we're going to go with a real estate agent after the holidays.

I want to go with Foxtons. Not only for the lower commission, I really like the way they present homes on their website, compared to other companies.

But here's my problem ... my husband's nephew just go his real estate license. He doesn't work for Foxtons and he wants to sell our house when the time comes.

I don't want to use him though because I don't want him to know our personal and financial business.

So that's my question ... what information is the agent able to access about the sellers?

I was just wondering what your opinions on the subject of calling CPA on someone are.
I live in an apartment and I believe my neighbor is neglecting and abusing her children.
I don't have proof...I just hear alot going on over there.
I don't know if I should get involved or not!
I just feel if I dont I am letting those children be hurt.
What are your opinions on this?

I'm in the US, and am learning Indian cooking. I found idli flour, ground rice flour and urid dahl mixed together. I found recipes for a steamed sour dough pancake sounding thing made with whole rice and urid dahl that was soaked and then ground, but nothing for the flour. I found a site that sells microwave idli steamers, though, so I know I can get kitchen utensils. If its just used for breakfast cakes, what are they eated with?

Hi, I drive a 1994 Dodge Caravan SE and I need a new transmission. First of all, peope keep telling me about a rebuilt transmission. Can I get a NEW transmission? If so, how much would it cost me? To me, I think its fake because of the whole life insurance policy. There is no record of Primerica ever selling whole life policies. They strictly sell term insurance.

In fact, I think all its claims are fake.

We fight occassionaly over finances etc. Last nite had a terrible fight. I feel all this crying takes a toll on me emotionally. I am unable to concentrate on my health and job. I grew up poor so if we were lucky enought to get a tree we got it the day before @ 50% off and kept it till sometimes the middle of January. But now that I'm grown up I can afford my own, so if i wanted to get it the day after Thanksgiving will it last or will it start turning brown.
