any tips? my nails are so gross and low,, i bite them below the nail bit and its just gross

and ive tried fake nails, and bandages wraped around my fingers,, and everything else my doctor sugessted........help!

My girlfriend of 2 yrs is all off a sudden finding mistakes at watever i do.She said a lot of stuff that hurt me.When i ask her if i should wait till she regains normality...she says its up to me .She cant assure me that she will endup with me even if i decided to wait.Her reasoning is"no matter how much u love a person,its not necessary that u will/should endup with that person"I was really taken back when she said this.Is she indirectly trying to convey something?Should i hang on or just let her go??
