make her laugh. this is my area of expertise. i've been in sales for 200 (seems that way) years and 90% of my clientel are women. first thing: get personal, ask "when is your birthday" and "where was your favorite place to hide as a child" and "what famous guy would you sleep" with. Asking intimate questions makes the girl feel closer to you, thus trusting you more and apt to be less nervous. Tell her what to do....little sly things like "i want you to grab me that pen and bring it here please" all the while looking her in the eye without wavering....a woman responds to a man that is in control. lastly: make her laugh. grab a magazine and look through it together...it does two things, forces you to be right next to one another and as you peruse the mag make funny comments on what the people in the mag are saying in the ads or what not. be sure to have vanilla cream lotion on your body so she can smell it....cologne are for guys that just don't get it. go to bath & body works, get "warm vanilla sugar" and put it on your shoulders, neck, stomach, elbows and hands.....I've had girls tell me "every time i smell vanilla i get horny" or "each time i smell vanilla i think of you" ... it works. Say things like "am i going to have to give you a spanking?" and what not... the more familiar you are and the more you make her laugh the more she'll want to stand naked in front of you and call you master. She probably needs to get to know you better before she's completely comfortable around you, so just be patient with her and give her some time. Continue to show your interest in her but don't push it too fast.

Just be yourself. Ask safe questions. Try not to over compensate or go on about yourself. Go somewhere "safe" nice restaurant, sporting event (if she is in to sports) but somewhere that there are other people. But again, just be yourself and don't put the moves on too fast!

Just be yourself around her, if she likes you and you can get throu the first ten minutes than after that she should start to relax in your company,

talk to her, take the first step. most girls are always nervous. if you show her you are interested then it will take a huge weight off of her
