There is no price on human life. You cannot value a human life with money because it is priceless.
Although in today's greedy, monetary-led world some evil, immoral people would like to put a price on it - perhaps more or less depending on what they think the person is worth.

It depends on the market trends. Usually, as the Dow increases, so does the value of human life; however, when it falls, human life can fall, too. Usually, it happens in extremes; sometimes, if the Dow falls far enough, the human life for some becomes worthless, and they go bankrupt. When the human life is in bankruptcy, suicide occurs.
Let's hope that the market stays up for some people.

OK to begin with, Life is priceless. It is something that no human can create. Though we have the ability to destroy it easily.
However, humans seem to consider life worth very little when one sees how easy it is for certain people to take anothers life.

To the person that said it's worth nothing to the British and Americans. I'm an American living in Britain. I don't agree. To the British and Americans, human lives are worth oil.

“Since man is made in the image of God, then the taking of a man’s life is the destruction of the most precious and the most holy thing in the world.”—The Plain Man’s Guide to Ethics, by William Barclay
Do you find it difficult to believe that the Creator considers you—just one individual among earth’s billions—personally precious? Then note what the prophet Isaiah wrote about the billions of stars in the billions of galaxies in the vast universe around us. We read: “Raise your eyes high up and see. Who has created these things? It is the One who is bringing forth the army of them even by number, all of whom he calls even by name. Due to the abundance of dynamic energy, he also being vigorous in power, not one of them is missing.”—Isaiah 40:26.
Do you appreciate what that means? Our Milky Way galaxy—of which our solar system is only a part—contains at least 100 billion stars. And how many other galaxies are there? No one knows for sure, but some estimates put the figure at 125 billion. What a staggering number of stars there must be! Yet, the Bible tells us that the Creator of the universe knows each of the stars by name.
God not only knows the names of billions of people but also cares about them as individuals. “Throw all your anxiety upon him,” wrote the apostle Peter, “because he cares for you.”—1 Peter 5:7.
Jesus Christ stated: “Do not two sparrows sell for a coin of small value? Yet not one of them will fall to the ground without your Father’s knowledge. But the very hairs of your head are all numbered. Therefore have no fear: you are worth more than many sparrows.” (Matthew 10:29-31)
The average human head has about 100,000 strands of hair, yet God is aware of each one on each human!

Our primary reality is our reality as spirit.
We are currently spirit having a human experience.
This is our secondary reality.
It's only value lies in what it can teach us, what we can bring back to our primary reality from it.
Actually it is more of an idea than an actual life, or reality.
Love and blessings Don

To God? More than precious jewels.
To mankind? Being the fact that people committ murders everyday and women even kill their own unborn babies and children; not much at all.
