I have a fear of intimacy, which extends to all levels. I've never had a romantic relationship with anyone, and I also have problems expressing intimacy in a non-romantic sense i.e. with family members.

All through my life, there was a kind of intimacy barrier between myself and my parents which I didn't really notice. Now that there are new additions to the family in the form of babies (niece and nephew), the problem has become even more noticeable. When asked to cuddle the babies, handle them, sing to them or talk to them in a particular way, I become very frightened. Its now at the point where I'm trying everything to avoid visiting them. Now, family members are starting to notice....

Why have I become like this, and what can I do to overcome this fear?

DL Steve Foley is out with an injury and a DUI, Terrence Kiel got arrested for a drug charge along with another guy on the practice squad...

....now DL Shawne Merriman will be out for four games because of a drug charge. What impact will that have on the Charger's defense for the next four games? I'm almost ashamed to say that this is my favorite football team (besides I live in San Diego; I have no other choice).

I want to see a talking flaming bush, people that get swallowed by whales and come out alive to tell the story, a boat big enough to contain two specimen of every species on earth, people turning into salt, two fish and a cup of wine become a feast for thousands and yeah, I wouldn't mind hearing the voice of God or some angel -not that "he speaks through your heart" stuff, but an actual voice!

I met this girl about a month ago in class at college, she use to call me, we would have great conversations, she'd try to get to know me, etc. One day I was mad at her for cancelling plans we had the day before so i kinda gave her attitude, she called me after class and i didnt call her back for 9 hours (she didnt pick up), and we didnt talk for 4 days, ever since that time things havent been the same, we dont talk as much anymore in class, she doesnt call me, when i call her she says she cant talk and to call her back. I dunno what I should do , should i ask her whats wrong? should i apologize for that day? I really care about her and really want her as a friend.

Hi, guys. I recently started to having a relationship with this wonderful girl, who has been a friend of mine for a year. And she happened to be a white girl.(And I'm Korean) I don't know how it happened, but it just turned out that way. I really like her from inside out. But sometimes I get this staring from people when I walk on the streets holding her hands. What's wrong with them? Why are they staring? It's very uncomfortable, and I tend to go somewhere away from a crowded place. Serously, I can't stand this anymore, and I don't know what to do. Do you guys stare interracial couple when you spot them on the streets too?

It comes in two parts, one is a ring which a woman wears and the other is a small cage that surrounds a man's balls. When the lady turns a stone on the ring an electronic signal is sent to the cage and it tightens. I have tried it out and my girlfriend and I have not argued since, the house is also much cleaner. Has anybody else tried this device? In Japan it is not uncommon for a lady to have several of these rings on each hand.

In May 2006 a CNN poll comparing President Clinton's job performance with that of successor, President George W. Bush, a strong majority of respondents said President Clinton outperformed Bush on every single issue in question.[73]

The poll of over a thousand random adult Americans was conducted May 5-7 by Opinion Research Corp. for CNN. Margin of sampling error was plus or minus 3 percentage points.

When asked which man was more honest as president, 46 percent favored Clinton to 41 percent for Bush. Respondents favored Clinton by near 3-to-1 margins when asked who did a better job at handling the economy (63 percent Clinton, 26 percent Bush) and solving the problems of ordinary Americans (62 percent Clinton, 25 percent Bush).[74]

On foreign affairs, the margin was 56 percent to 32 percent in Clinton's favor; on taxes, it was 51 percent to 35 percent for Clinton; and on handling natural disasters, it was 51 percent to 30 percent, also favoring Clinton.
