Have you ever been shot?

I had one jump up and bite me on the buttocks.

I'm just playing, that's a Forrest Gump reference.

I'm curious about your experience with being shot or shot at if you're willing to share? What'd you do? Why did the other person shoot you?

Why yes I have been shot and it isn't a matter of who shot me but instead why did I shoot myself? I ended up with several months in a hospital a blinded right eye,no sense of smell partial paralyzed on left side a hyper-extended knee and over $1,000,000+ in surgery so my experiance wasn't a pleasant one.. I know I'll never do it again. Since this incident I've gotten married and look forward to future

I got shot at when I was about 8 years old walking to school. I don't know if I was the intended target or not. I know I was wearing red in a Crip neighborhood, but I was only 8, I didn't know better. This was back in the 80's in Los Angeles, so it is definitely possible that the 8 year old white girl who didn't know any better could have been the intended target.
Fortunately it missed and hit a house I was walking past. Nobody got hit.

BB gun, brother, accident. That is what he says, but I have also fallen out of a moving car, my sister claims it was an accident too, I think she pushed me. In fact I think my entire family has been trying to kill me for years.

been shot at, heard the bullets fly past my head.
also had a gun put to my head, i was in the wrong place at the wrong time.
