i've lived in a nice apartment complex right on the bay for close to seven years now. in just one year the rent went up twice. the deck hasn't been fixed ever since hurricane wilma struck. when my AC broke, they took close to a month to replace it. i have neighbors who let their dogs loose in the hallways to do their business (and i have pets). i have no screens on my windows. i know the manager wants to help, but the property owner is the one who is financially responsible. by the way, the rent increase was to fix the deck. we've gone a year now and nothing has been done. help!!

I am a native english speaker but I want my baby to only hear spanish in the house hold. I am majoring in spanish so I don't think this would be too difficult of a task. I read that your child can learn english from the school and else where outside the home. I want to know if this is a good idea, and how to go about doing this? (The father is hispanic also)

I want to go to Southern Illinois University in Carbondale. Their average act score is something like 21, and I got a 27. How would this work out for me scholarship-wise? Could I get a lot of money for that? I have a 3.2 GPA right now in high shool (i am a senior).
