Mixed C.D. For Dad?

O.K My Dad turns 41 in 2 weeks and I'm going to make a mixed c.d for him but I can't figure out what songs he likes. Any Ideas on how to figure out what he likes or suggestions? P.S. He KNOWS when I'm lying!
