it helps keep you hydrated it has about the same amount of sodium and sugar as an 8 oz glass of vitamin d milk. so if they say milk is good for you then i would say gatorade would be just as good.

Yes, Gatorade is good. But like most everything else, moderation is key. Hospitals here provide it to patients suffering from acute dehydration. In my case (each person is unique) - I am supposed to monitor and control rapid fluid loss as this may trigger a seizure. Thanks to Gatorade, I've not had any.

It does what it claims which is, to rapidly restore electrolyte balance without the bloating you get from water. The alternatives are intravenous replacement, oral rehydration tablets or other medicines.

Gatorade is the most pleasant form of fluid replenishment available to date... others, I've heard, experience slight constipation.

gatarode is only good for you if you excersise alot, because it containes a lot of electrolytes and carbohydrates. But if you just sit on the couch just drink gatorade it will actually make you more thirsty and youll end up gaining water weight in your body. so youll look fat :(

Do you mean gatorade? It is good if you are working or exercising in the heat. It replenishes fluids and electrolytes lost from sweating.

Its okay sometimes...however, drinking too much Gatorade will put weight on you.

its good when ur drinking it while exercising..comparing to drinking juices or sodas,it contains less sugar but more eletrolytes and carbs to replenish energy..

NO IT HAS LOADS OF SUGAR AND FATS. THEY JUST TRY TO MAKE YOU THINK THAT IT IS GOOD FOR YOU. MAINLY BECAUSE THEY EXERCISE ON THE COMMERCIAL.
