i have installed AVG and i can't get rid of some things on my desktop, i have no idea what they are they are shortcuts to nothing but cannot be deleted even though they are not viruses? what are they, why can't it get rid of them and if i can how?

i found a squirrel in our forrest. and before i picked it up it was jumping around doing everything squirrels do. but then my dog found it on the floor and i picked it up and took it home. now its in a shoe box not moving or juts noving its arms and legs a bit. can you please tell me what to do?

I just bought a beta fish the other day. I have him seperated in a tank of his own away from my other fish. Today I go to feed him and I see hundreds of little white "worm" looking things. THey are so small that i mistook them for maybe small bits of hair. I looked closer and they are stuck to the glass MOVING. They look like worms. Has anyone ever seen this? What do I do?
