Its got to be a Good old British Roast dinner .... ( Rib of Beef / Roast spuds / Swede / Roast parsnips / Yorkshire pud / Gravy / ....Apple pie & Custard...) .... and ill cook it...! ( My wife can burn water..! ) lol

First Course - Mexican Cream of Sweetcorn Soup
Second Course - Roast Pork Marinated to Taste Like Wild Boar with Braised Red Cabbage and Chestnuts
Dessert - Clafoutis

As i girl with a northern mother i cook a great beef stew with dumplings, that or steamed beef suet pudding with mashed potatoes and gravy!!! Yummy. Not so good for the waistline though. When i went on weight watchers i worked out that in one pudding, which serves 2 there were 44 points!!!!!! when ya only aloud 18 per day thats bloody awful!!!!

I cook a mean spag bol, but I also like to cook something called Panackalty (excuse spelling?) - which is basically a poor-man's stew of potatoes, onions, and corned beef - I also add carrots. It's absolutely lush!!!

I make a cracking Sunday Roast with all the trimmings. Can take or leave cooking, I married a chef for a reason ;)

Believe it or not - Mashed potatoes.

I add some dehydrated onion flakes while the potatoes are boiling. Drain - add butter, sour cream, chives, pepper and salt and to top it off Bacon crumbles and cheddar cheese shredded.

I love to cook and to experiment so I rarely make the same thing twice for anyone but the hubby....
But I DO get requests (and threats not to show up without!) my broccoli salad.
That and creme brulée.

Definitely a stir fry, with lots of fresh crispy vegetables and chicken with a gorgeous soy sauce
