I recently watched a hilarious (as always) episode of Curb Your Enthusiasm where Larry David uses the handicapped stall. As he walks out, a man in a wheelchair yells at him for using it and tells him that he's supposed to wait. It's described as "bathroom etiquette."

Who teaches this bathroom etiquette? Is it universal? Has anyone ever even SEEN a handicapped person using one of these stalls?

I pretty much ALWAYS use the handicapped stall. Does this make me a bad person? I do have a handicap. It's called claustrophobia and a fear of small toilets.

Feedback?

In a situation where a officer becomes unruly and abusive, what right does a citizen have to personal safety? When you are being detained and/or arrested, and an officer doesn't appear to have mental stability, do you have the 'right' to physical protestation? Example, running or fighting the detention. Any examples or web resources? Thanks!

my husband goes to the bars quite often. tonight we both went. while we were there a chik selling dollar shots came up to him(as she knew him)and sold him 2 shots.okay at that point I was a little mad. after that he made the remark that she wants him. then a little later she came back up to him and wispered something in his ear.Iasked what she said and he said the samething that she wanted him.SO then on our way out some other drunk girl went and was huggen all over him.He didnt introduce me so insted i did it myself. Then he stood there and talked and hugged off and on so I left him in there a went to the car. When we got home he said that I was the only one for him. Now mind you I only had one mixed drink and one shot all night. And we were only at the bar for two houres. should i be mad?And why do men act this way?

You remember those CHEESY Spaghetti Westerns back in the day, when the cowboy would swagger into the saloon, belly up to the bar, and announce to the barkeep, gimme a sasparilla...

What IS sasparilla? Is there alchohol in it or not? Just wondering...

Okay somebody was asking a question about Vietnam and people were saying we could have won if we had done this or that differently. And it just suddenly occurred to me that I have never heard anybody say what we would have won. I'm sure people must have said it just not around me. I was just a kid but I vaguely remember stuff about dominoes and falling into the lap of the communists like rotten fruit and Kruschev was going to bury us which was why we did not dare lose. But apparently we did lose. But Kruschev didn't bury us. What am I missing?
