Well being that he was found guilty and his sentence can be up to 20+ years, he won't be driving anything.
Even if the judge doesn't give him prison time (because of his now severe health), his license will almost assuredly be permanently pulled.
BTW, this wasn't his first stupid accident. The year prior, he'd driven his car onto the pilon in a median of a highway, his car had to be hoisted off. There were pics online after his arrest due to the Farmer's Market.

Nope. But he did. On purpose, without giving a damn about the danger he posed to others.
Which is why he may go to jail.
I wish that he could get his sorry self sued so his kids lose their inheiritance. That way it would provide an incentive for kids to take away their parents cars, rather than making the government do it. The kids just don't want to take care of Dad when they should have.
