whenever i play videos on macromedia flash player 8, the sound never works! i have the most updated version of flash, so why would this be happening? could it be due to a virus or something else?

We are reorganizing our work structure and one of the changes is to have a dedicated staff for a certain department. By dedicated, we mean they are responsible for a specific job. Some people took it to mean they weren't dedicated to their jobs and they were offended.

I Just found out that my boyfriend has the garrage key to his son's moms house. he saids that the reason why he has it is because it has been a couple of times that his son forgets things that he needs and his mom is never home for him to just go in and get whatever he needs.( which is true his boy is always forgeting things specially because he plays alot of sports and there's always something missing from his Soccer/football/baseball bag) I know for a fact that my boyfriend would not cheat on me so its not that i am being insecure, I just feel wierd about the fact that he has full access to her house. He doesnt think that is a big deal and he said that it shouldnt bother me at all because i know that the only reason he has access to her place is for his son. I am over reacting?

monocycline is an antibacterial drug. I know you can't take it with typical metals like iron or magnesium, but i don't know if any of the weird ingredients in redbull include such metals.

I was at an Amusement Park and I was Babysitting for my BFF and we went on a ride and I dident feel good at all that day!! and we went on an kid ride and I had asked this guy I met to come with us on the ride and like I said i dident feel good and I threw-up all over his pants!!!!!!!! He gave me his # be for the ride and after he took it back! and said I was nasty for throwing-up on him and he said it realy loud and everyone heard it!! and I kinda got over it and then I went back their yesterday and the guy got a job their! we went in went on a couple rides and came home but like an idiot I wore a shirt with my phone # on it and the guy keeps prank calig me!!!!!!! what should i do!

Let's assume we have a primitive man in a cage trying to get a banana that hangs from the roof. There are boxes he can use somewhere in the cage...

-First he notices the banana in the roof.
-Immediatly he feels the need to reach it.
-He imagines how he would feel if he got a hand on the banana.
-He also remembers how he felt in one occasion in which he jumped in the air from one of the boxes.
-He makes a connection between both feelings (success).
-Both feelings have things in common, but also have differences. Assuming he possesses a language:
-He decomposes the parts of the first situation and the second situation, naming them. Tries to reach the final goal (reaching the banana), taking what is necessary and discarding what isn't.
-Puts his plan in action.

I've had a sore throat since Monday, I began losing my voice on Tuesday, now I have a mix of a runny nose and stopped up nose and a bit of a headache, What can I do or take to help these symptoms?? And do you think it's just a cold or something else?
