Is it ok to drink redbull with monocycline or will that make the drug inactive?

monocycline is an antibacterial drug. I know you can't take it with typical metals like iron or magnesium, but i don't know if any of the weird ingredients in redbull include such metals.

Jeffrey, WHY WOULD YOU DRINK SOMETHING THAT YOU KNOW HAS WEIRD INGREDIENTS IN IT?????
