Not hard if the question looks interesting or is easy to answer. Sometimes it depends on the time of day too even though there are a lot of different time zones.
Because I saw this question of yours, I went and answered 2 more of your questions.

It depends on the question. Is it heard? Easy? Is it in the right catagory? Is it funny? Do you have a catchy title? Are you known for being obnoxtious? Do you list 90% of your information in your question, or only 10% of it? Do you know most of the info or do you need help answering the whole thing?
Those are all factors. Above all, people like to be treated with respect and kindness. Be sure that whatever story you have is 100% strait, and that it's true, because we don't like being lied to.

Ask questions that aren't difficult to answer? Also, providing information and expanding/clarifying on what you're asking helps too.
