Interesting question, if you are talking about ingesting cinnamon I dont know. I burn Cinnamon scented candles all the time, I like
the smell and find it relaxing, so I'm sure that lowers my blood pressure and daily stress. I do like eating things with a lot of cinnamon in them too, YUMMY! **** my bad, I thought it read Blood PRESSURE! Sorry.***

Yes, it does but remember you need about 1TBSP per day and that is hard to get from just adding it to your food. But you can do it if you add it to oatmeal, applesauce, yogurt, cottage cheese, and on fruit.
I found a better alternative but it does cost money. It is all natural and works good. It is grapefruit pectin. You can not eat enough grapefruit so you can take it in capsule form.

It may slightly lower it, My uncle thought it was a wonder drug now he is dead,should have take his medication instead.

Yes it really does. mix it in coffee, hot chocolate, hot cider, french toast, etc etc.

Also in addition add glyconutrients to your diet and look at low glycemic foods too.
